Same day or next day appointment requests are given, based upon availability. New patients are always welcome.
First time consultation - the patient is required to fill out a registration form, medical form and to bring all past medical records, lab tests, x-ray reports and a list of medicines. If the patient participates in an HMO or Managed Care they are required to bring a referral for all initial consultation, office visit, any procedure in the office or any surgical procedure in the hospital.
If patients don't have a proper referral for an appointment and/or surgery, the appointment and/or surgery will be cancelled. For all office procedures patients are given all of the instructions in advance.

Cancellations
If patients are unable to keep an appointment, they are expected to give at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy will make it possible to offer the appointment to another patient.
Emergencies
The Urology Care of Central New Jersey provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call or and Dr. Sinha will be contacted immediately.

Health Insurance Plans
The Urology Care of Central New Jersey participates with most health insurance plans. Covered procedures vary with each insurance company -- office staff assists patients in determining eligibility. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments and remaining balances. Patients also have the option of paying office and surgical fees in advance and then receiving their insurance reimbursement check directly from the insurance company. Please contact our office to find out if your insurance plan is accepted.

Payment Procedures
Insurance co-payment is collected at the time service is provided. For any billing questions, please discuss with the office staff.
